Program Overview

The Chess Arbiters Refresher Course aims to develop arbiters’ knowledge and skills, prepare them to meet the requirements for the International Arbiter title, and strengthen their ability to manage games and competitions professionally in accordance with international laws and regulations. Through theoretical lectures and practical sessions, the course covers updates to arbiting regulations and approaches to handling various situations during games, helping ensure fair and accurate officiating and preparing participants to contribute to the organization and officiating of the Abu Dhabi Chess Olympiad 2028.
