Cancellation Policy

You want to cancel your registration?

To cancel a registration (completely or to re-register in a different category) simply email results@gulfmultisport.com

A registration can be cancelled up to at least 14 days prior to the event date. Some events may permit you to cancel your registration after this time, but no later than the close of registration itself. The last date for cancellation is listed on each event page.* 

If your registration was either zero cost or paid for with a promotional code, you will not receive any compensation for the cancellation. If your registration was paid for you will have 2 options:

• You may Cancel/Credit your registration and receive a promotional code for another event organised by Abu Dhabi Sports Council (less our Credit Processing Fee of 30dhs)

or

2) you may request a Refund your registration and receive a direct refund to the payment card used for the registration (less our Refund Processing Fee of 30dhs or 10%, whichever is higher).

The relevant processing fee is applied to each registration you cancel.
